Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within 48 hours after reservation will not incur a charge. Cancellations received within14 days prior to arrival, will incur a charge equal to 50% of the lodging charge for the reserved period.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged the full cost of the reserved period of stay. Cancellation and "no show" charges will be made to the credit card on file used to hold the reservation.
Pet Policy
No pets of any kind are allowed at the resort. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
Dining
March 1 to October 31 (season), breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available to resort guests at the stated menu prices then in effect.
November 1 to February 28 ( off season), breakfast only will be available. Breakfast is a separate charge and not included in the room rate. Dining options are also available at our partner restaurants off site but within short driving distance.
Activities
On site guest can enjoy self guided tours thru the Serengeti Plains and exotic animal feedings, private and group wine tastings, massages, pool and hot tub, horseshoes and volleyball. Off site at our partner property horseback riding, skeet shooting, tennis, fitness center and river rafting are available by reservations made in advance.
Smoking
No smoking inside lodges. Outdoor cigar lounge areas available.
